Bingley's proposal
Bingley had been left alone with Jane and had finally proposed to her. I am not going to tell him otherwise this time because he is truly in love. Also, if I do say anything to him this could hurt my chances with Elizabeth. I am indeed happy for my friend Bingley and I hope that Jane and him have a long, happy life together. Now I just hope I can get with Elizabeth.

Mr. Darcy, I cannot thank you enough for supporting my love for Jane. I realize that you have learned from your love for Elizabeth, and that you can now see the beauty in true love. Is it not beautiful my dear friend, the uninterrupted and sincere love that exists between myself and Jane, and shall soon exist between you and Elizabeth. I know she loves you Darcy, I can see it in her eyes, this time take my advice my good friend, and do not hesitate to follow your heart.
